Terms and Conditions for Deposits

Please read the below information thoroughly before booking an appointment with us.

By booking an appointment with AL Therapies, you agree and understand to all the information listed below.

The non refundable/non transferable deposit needs to be paid within 12 hours in order for your booking to be secure.

If you do not pay your non refundable/non transferable deposit within 12 hours, I will have to give the appointment to someone else.

If you need to cancel or reschedule please give me at least 48 hours notice before your appointment time otherwise deposit can be lost. This means I will need another deposit when booking your next appointment.

If you don’t show up for your appointment or show up late for your appointment you will be charged 100% of your treatment cost. Your remaining balance will be sent through an invoice or payment link to your email or phone number which needs to be paid before booking another appointment with us.

If you cancel before 48 hours of the booking time, your deposit can be transferred to another appointment if you reschedule within 3 months of cancelling (or unfortunately the deposit will be lost as I cannot hold deposits for longer).

You can only cancel and reschedule an appointment with more than 48 hours notice twice. If you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice in your third attempt unfortunately your deposit will be lost.

I only accept cash for your remaining balance.

If you make an appointment with me in the salon, I can take your non refundable/non transferable deposit in cash in person.

This non refundable deposit applies to my Gift Vouchers also and I will need the code at the time of booking to secure it.

For all bookings £40 or under a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

By paying the online deposit, you will have agreed to all of the above.

Our prices are subject to change from time to time. All contracts agreed upon before price increases will not be affected.

Terms and Conditions of booking with AL Therapies...

All bookings require any and all current and previous medical and health information to be let know of at time of booking or at least 48 hours before appointment time. If you do not feel comfortable putting this information on our website or through message, please ring us (phone number can be found on our website, Instagram, Facebook or Google). This can affect the treatment going ahead and 100% of treatment cost will be lost if therapist is not made aware of this.

This includes; any recent pregnancies, surgeries/operations. Infections (fungal, parasitic, bacterial, fungal), heart disorders/diseases, pace-maker, recent scar tissue, inflammations/swellings, deep vein thrombosis, dysfunction of the nervous system, undergoing medical treatment, any cancer related treatments, undiagnosed lumps, medication causing thinning/inflammation to the skin, high/low blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy. 

Please let us know of any information related to your health (not limited to what is listed above).

Terms and Conditions of AL Therapies  Gift Vouchers

All gift vouchers are dated and expire 6 months from the date of issue. 

After 6 months the voucher will no longer be valid and cannot be used or redeemed.

Gift vouchers are completely non refundable/transferable.

Due to my salon policy if you cancel your appointment 48 hours before your booking, your deposit will be lost and therefore your gift voucher total will be lost. 

If you do not show up for your appointment 100% of your gift voucher amount will be lost.

If you do not make me aware of any medical or health information (as well as recent beauty treatments you have received) at least 48 hours before your appointment, 100% of your gift voucher total will be lost.

If your gift voucher total does not cover the cost of the treatment, you will be required to pay the remaining balance with cash on the day.

Gift vouchers which are lost or misplaced cannot be used or redeemed unless you know your voucher code.

Salon Policies

Please arrive for your appointment alone, this includes friends, children or pets, as I am trying to keep numbers and noise at a low in the salon and for hygiene purposes. If you are unable to do so, please let me know before booking an appointment.

I am an appointment based only salon. This means I am only in the salon when I have clients in unless I have made an announcement stating otherwise.

Unfortunately my treatments are only available for ages 18+ and they suitable for both women and men.

Please arrive for your appointments on time (or when I have recommended) otherwise appointment times will have to be cut as I wouldn’t want to hold my other clients up.

I do not accept any verbal or physical abusive, disrespect or rudeness whether this be over message or in person. I will ask you to leave the premises or I will politely decline your request for an appointment.

Please make me aware of all previous and current medical or health information before arriving for your appointment. As appointment may not be able to go ahead and deposit can be lost.

Please do not use my front door or back door for business queries. If you would like to collect a gift voucher or product, please contact us first directly to arrange a time and date for collection. 

 

Payments, Deposits, Cancellations, T&Cs

I can only securely hold your booking for 12 hours otherwise the payment link may expire and the appointment may be given to someone else.

Please read my full terms and conditions for a deposit before paying. They can be found on my social medias or you can request it and I can send it across.

Appointments can only be cancelled and rescheduled twice and deposit will be lost after this.

I do not offer refunds.

Currently my salon preferrably takes cash payments and I do not accept PayPal or the payment link as a method of paying your remaining balance after your non refundable/non transferrable deposit. Please make sure you have cash on you.

If you are purchasing a gift voucher make sure to read my terms and conditions for this before paying. This will be available on my social medias or you can request for them to be sent through.

Parking

Please do not park in front of the neighbours driveways to avoid blocking anyone in.

Please do not park or drive on the grass on the property.

 

Toilets

Toilets will be available on the premises.

 

COVID 19

Face coverings aren’t required currently however they are strongly advised when entering and leaving the salon at any time.

Hand Sanitiser is available for your use.

Please let me know if you have a cough, high temperature, loss of taste/smell.
